About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to identify and attract top technology talent to meet our organization's hiring needs.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit qualified candidates for technical and IT roles through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical and cultural fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates
Track and report on key recruiting metrics and hiring progress
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in technical or IT recruiting
Proven experience hiring for technical roles such as software engineers, developers, data engineers, and other IT positions
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong understanding of technical skills, technologies, and IT terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
