About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong blend of project leadership and hands-on technical expertise. The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of experience managing complex technical projects while also having practical experience as a Full Stack Developer and in AI/ML technologies.

This role bridges the gap between technical execution and strategic project delivery, ensuring teams are aligned, timelines are met, and solutions are built to the highest technical standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget goals are met
Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define project requirements and technical specifications
Apply hands-on Full Stack development knowledge to guide technical decisions and support developers when needed
Oversee AI/ML project initiatives, including data pipelines, model development, and deployment workflows
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively
Communicate project status, progress, and risks clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Define and track KPIs and success metrics for technical deliverables
Mentor and support cross-functional team members to maintain high performance

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in technical project management or a combined technical/PM role
Hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer (frontend and backend technologies)
Practical experience with AI/ML projects, tools, and workflows
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus
