About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience building and deploying AI-powered applications and solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Large Language Model (LLM) based applications and pipelines
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and workflows
Integrate AI/ML models into production environments
Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven features and products
Fine-tune and customize pre-trained language models for specific use cases
Develop and maintain vector databases and embedding pipelines
Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance and accuracy

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, LLaMA, or similar
Proven experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, etc.)
Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployments
Strong understanding of NLP concepts and transformer architectures
Experience with prompt engineering and model fine-tuning
